2007 Junior Worlds finalized
A delegation of the Czech Weightlifting Federation led by Mr. Emil Brzoska, President, visited the IWF headquarters and with IWF President Dr. Tamás Aján finalized the details of the 2007 Junior World Championships in Prague, Czech Republic. Dates for the Championships have been set: 7-8 June 2007: IWF Committee and Executive Board meetings 9 June 2007: IWF General Congress 10-16 June 2007: Junior World Championships competition

2005 Annual World Ranking Lists published
1034 performances by 725 women from 90 countries, as well as 1758 results achieved by 1361 men from 125 nations constitue the 2005 Annual World Ranking Lists just published by the IWF Secretariat. The rankings are available on this website and are just being mailed out in a printed book format to the National Federations and officials. Further hard copies can be requested from the IWF
