The IWF published the Final Entries for the 2013 IWF World Championships. All delegations are invited to participate at the Verification of Final Entries (VFE) to be held at 19:00 on 18 October in Hotel Orbis Wroclaw. Please remember that according to IWF TCRR 6.2.2 "A copy of each participating athlete’s passport must be presented at the VFE Meeting by the relevant Team

ORIS meeting for Rio 2016 Olympic Games

A meeting of the Weightlifting Working Group of the Olympic Results and Information Service (ORIS) for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games has just been held. The 3-days meeting held in Montreux, SUI defined the requirements for the service providers for the Games. The ORIS Weightlifting Document was updated in accordance with the new IWF Rules and Regulations, whereby the experiences from the implementation of the ORIS in London were also considered.
