26th Sea Games Indonesia 2011 overall
The 26th Sea Games Indonesia 2011 was held in Jakarta-Palembang from 18-21 November. Weightlifting competitions were held in the GOR Bulu Tangkis, Jakabaring Sport Complex.
Lifters from 9 countries participated in the competition, and gold medals were awarded to Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese lifters in the Total.
Six countries managed to grab medals; however Thailand (9 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze) and Indonesia (4 Gold, 8 Silver and 2 Bronze) were highly superior according to the medal tally.
Weightlifters showed outstanding performances, strength and talent during the 4 days event setting 11 New Sea Games Records:

Men’s 94kg: Suthiphon Watthana (THA) New Snatch, Clean and Jerk & Total Sea Games Record
Men’s 105kg: Khunchai Nuchpum (THA) New Snatch, Clean and Jerk & Total Sea Games Record
Men’s +105kg: Surapong Watthanak (THA) New Clean and Jerk & Total Sea Games Record
Women’s 63kg: Pimsiri Sirikaew (THA) New Clean and Jerk Sea Games Record
