Statement of the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) with respect to the elections conducted by Member Federations
The IWF is committed to preserving, promoting and respecting the democratic values among its Member Federations.
The IWF remains independent and impartial, and does not take any position with respect to the electoral process carried out by any Member Federation. Any statements made by individual Executive Board members in support of certain candidates in Member Federation elections do not reflect the position of, nor do they bind, the IWF.
