    Technical Official Seminar held in Bangkok, THA

    A Technical Official (TOs) seminar was organized by the Thai Amateur Weightlifting Association (TAWA) and International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) in Bangkok in the framework of the IWF Development Program on 8-10 September, 2017 at Sport Authority of Thailand.

    The IWF was represented by Maj. Gen. Intarat YODBANGTOEY, IWF 1st Vice President, Lecturer Reiko Kato CHINEN, IWF Technical Committee member and Dr. Niwat LIMSUKNIRUN  has given a complex lesson on the modified TCRR. Also Mr. Nippon LIMBOONSUEBSAI talked about Information Technology for TO’s.

    The seminar was very interactive as the participants were in total 69 people; during the 3 days they generated new ideas, improved their skills and expanded their experiences together. Ms.Chinen also talked about the Technical Committee Technical Guideline in Weigh-in, Technical Controller, Referee, Chief Marshal, Timekeeper, Athletes Outfit and the Role of TOs.
