Equipment donation to Marshall Islands
In the framework of the IWF Development Program, Marshall Islands received an equipment donation being complete barbell sets. The Federation of Marshall Islands applied for IWF support and received brand new equipment which they already started to use with great enthusiasm. The IWF was happy to see an athlete from Marshall Islands participating for the first time at an Olympic Games – Rio 2016. The IWF is committed to help and develop weightlifting hand in hand with its Member Federations.
