Sochi 2014 Torch Relay
On Monday, Olympic weightlifter Alla Vazhenina was one of 22 torchbearers who carried the flame through Shadrinsk.
Monday marked day 71 of the Sochi Olympic torch relay.
The flame arrived in Shadrinsk on Monday. Sochi 2014 said 22 torchbearers will run with the flame on the relay route through Shadrinsk, including Olympic weightlifter Alla Vazhenina.
Russian weightlifting stars Svetlana Cheremshanova and Alla Vazhenina both hailed from Shadrinsk.
