Japan Weightlifting Federation Elections
The Japan Weightlifting Federation (JWA) elected Ms. Yuriko KOIKE, a Member of Parliament as new President of the JWA. Her presidency started on 15 June 2013.
Ms. Tomoko KATO is newly elected as Executive Board Member. Now the JWA boasts of 3 female Executive Board Members among 23 (=13.0%): Ms Yuriko KOIKE, Ms Tomoko KATO and Ms Reiko Kato CHINEN.
