    Site visit in Houston

    Houston’s next significant international sports event is the 2015 IWF World Championships. Delegates of the International Weightlifting Federation led by IWF President Dr. Tamas Ajan were in the city for an official site visit on Wednesday 20 February 2013.

    IWF President, Dr. Tamas Ajan and IWF Vice President Dragomir Cioroslan met the Mayor of Houston, Annise Parker.
