Chinese Weightlifting Team at the Oceania Institute in New Caledonia
The Chinese weightlifting team led by Mr ZHOU Jinqiang, Vice President of the Chinese Weightlifting Association trained in New Caledonia at the Oceania Institute. The team included Olympic and World Champions: Ms. CAO Lei – 2008 Olympic Gold Medallist in the 75kg category, DING Jianjun – 2009 World Champion in the 62kg category, and many other world class lifters.
During their stay in New Caledonia, the lifters trained together with the Oceania Institute lifters. They had a great time, and enjoyed the benefits of such cultural exchanges.
