2nd in Memoriam Tournament honours Janusz Przedpelski
A check of 3,000 dollars and a brand new set of ELEIKO barbells was the first prize of the 2nd International Tournament in Memoriam Janusz Przedpelski, that took place in a perfect technical and atmospheric setting in Spala, on 9th October 2010. The lineup included world champions and other prominent lifters from Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine and Latvia. The first prize was taken by Arsen Kasabiev (POL) but second-placed Aurimas Dzidzbalis (LTU) was also happy about his award: another set of ELEIKO barbell.
The tournament was organised with excellence by the PZPC and financed as a whole by the friends and admirers of the late Janusz Przedpelski through donations and sponsorship.
The IWF was present through Director Anikó Németh-Móra.
