Commonwealth Weightlifting Championships (Senior and Junior) fixed date

officially informed us that after lengthy consultation with the Organising Committee of the 2009 Commonwealth Weightlifting Championships for Senior and Junior the exact period is October 18th – 23rd, 2009.
The host city of the Championships will be Penang (Malaysia).
The program is as follows;
October 18th Arrival of delegates
October 19th CWF Congress and Opening Ceremony
October 20, 21, 22, Competition dates
October 23 Sight seeing tours and for some countries departure
