Lucky week
President of the Polish Federation Zygmunt Wasiela was lucky enough to grab one of the Vice Presidents position in IWF (next to his Vice President position in EWF) at the Madrid Electoral Congress and three days later he had a nice time to enjoy the result of the Polish Olympic Committee’s election as – after being its Treasurer in the past cycle – he was now elected as a Member of the Executive Board. At the end of this month another reason to celebrate will be his 58th birthday. Along with Mr. Wasiela, Zygmunt Smalcerz the Olympic champion from Munich was also elected to the Executive Board of the Polish Olympic Committee. Jan Hawrylewicz from Mazovian District Weightlifting Federation was elected as a member of the Auditors Commission.
