JANUSZ PRZEDPELSKI, the most senior President of a national Weightlifting Federations died at the age of 81 years. He would have been 82 on 9th September. He aged almost 82, withdrawn from the leadership of the Polish Federation.two years ago. He was, amongst other things, President of the Polish Federation from 1969 until 2006, for 47 years, and from 1969 until 1983 the first President of the European Weightlifting Federation. He was EWF Honorary life president. Janusz Przedpelski became a member of Weightlifting Hall of Fame in 1994. He is mourned by the entire weightlifting family of the world.
