Jaromir Vitek passed away at 71
It is with deep sorrow that we have to inform the
World Weightlifting Family that our dear colleague and friend, an
IWF Executive member since 1984, Ing. Jaromir Vitek (Czech Republic)
passed away at the age of 71 years.
A truly honest man with a great devotion to the
sport of weightlifting, of which he was always a humble servant,
Jaromir Vitek will be missed by all who knew him.
We shall keep his memory forever.
